This is a very lightweight (~8.5lbs) SB-2 in a metallic burgundy color. It definitely isn't the same as a previous candy apple red G&L
I had - the CAR was a lighter, redder red with finer metal flake. This bass is a darker red (burgundy) with a more pronounced metal flake
in the finish. I know that a metallic burgundy and a metallic burgundy burst were offered at one point in G&L's history.
