This is my first bass amp. I bought it new a few years ago (4 or 5?) and it's been great. I've played practices (before we had a PA, now I just take a DI box), house parties, small venues and used it as a stage monitor. I liked it so well I bought another, newer, equivalent combo (Genz Benz ML200-112t) as well. For the last year I've used the two combos together & separately depending on my needs for a given event.
It's in good condition. The carpet has a little pilling (nothing a quick shave wouldn't take care of) and the strap handle is going to need replacing one of these days. I noticed that it is more "gray" than "black" when compared to the newer combo but I can't say if that was an original color change or fading.
Price-wise I can't remember what I paid for it. I got it in a multi-piece trade-in and purchase deal. I did
find a "street price" at Guitar Villa of $389 which seems about right from my vague memory. The new ML200-112t that
replaced this model (and is a little more powerful and feature-rich) has a street price of ~$540. This amp is
pretty comparable to the Hartke Kickback 12 which is $459 at Zzounds.
